Regular attendance is crucial for a student’s academic progress. To ensure a smooth learning experience, Satyakaam International School has set guidelines for student attendance and absence.
For Parents
Guidelines for Student Attendance and Absence
- Students must attend school on the first and last working day of each term.
- 80% attendance is required to sit for the terminal exams.
- If a student is sick, they need to provide a medical certificate when they return to school.
- Parents should fill out the Leave Record form and mention the reason for each day of absence.
- If a student was absent the previous day, they must bring a letter from parents explaining the reason for their absence.
- For leave to go out of station, Principal’s approval must be obtained in advance.
